Led the planning and execution of a print and digital magazine focused on visitors to Eugene, Oregon for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Track & Field Trials. Sought and developed a core team of contributors, investors, and advertisers. Built-out full production schedule, plan, and budget. Worked in close partnership with Lane County Tourism board, TrackTown event team, and local participating athletes. After losing a key investor late in the process, pivoted the publication to a Northwest travel and lifestyle magazine.
